MEDICAL CARE & INSURANCE
A qualified nurse is on hand at all times. NYS(Orange County) requires campers to be up to date for all vaccinations, no medical or religious exemption permitted. Immunization records to be submitted prior to camp to be submitted to DOH and reviewed.. Medical costs are the responsibility of the campers’ parents or legal guardians and can be submitted to your family’s insurance carrier.
Check-In
Camp period begins with dinner at 6pm on date of arrival and ends with breakfast on date of departure. No check-in before 3:00pm – 5:00pm on Sunday. Please pick up campers by 10:00am on Saturday of the same session week.
